You need to immediately update your QuickBooks software.

 In order to immediately update your QuickBooks software:-

  • After logging out of QuickBooks, close your company file, and then in Windows, choose the Start button.
  • In the search results, type "QuickBooks Desktop," and then right-click the icon and select "Run as administrator."
  • In the No Company screen that appears, go to the Help menu and choose the Update QuickBooks Desktop option.
  • Click the Options tab to open it; after selecting Mark All, click on Save.
  • On the Update Now tab, click the box next to Reset Update before selecting "Get Updates" when you are prepared.
  • Then, shut down QBD when the updates have finished downloading.
  • If the program has to be restarted, choose No and then click Install immediately.
  • Restart your machine after waiting for the installation procedure to finish.

Delete the firm file's old e-Pay and e-File transactions.

In order to delete the old transactions:-

  • A backup of your firm file should be made first; then, you should go to the Employees menu and choose My Payroll Service.
  • The Manage Service key should now be clicked, and in the QuickBooks Service Keys, emphasize the relevant payroll service.
  • To edit, choose QuickBooks Desktop Direct Deposit, and before selecting Finish, tap Next.
  • If you do not use QuickBooks Desktop Direct, choose to remove it.
  • Payroll service may be immediately disabled by pressing Alt+0 in the Manage Service Key box.
  • Two notifications will ask you to select the Yes option, and by doing this, the company file will be cleared of all previous e-File and e-Pay agreements.
