The law of the number of working days and hours
The number of working days and hours is specified in the text of the labor law. According to Article 51 of this law, "Working hours are the period of time when a worker provides his energy or time to the employer for the purpose of doing work." This law has specified the following limits on the number of working hours per day, week, and month, and all employers, workers, workshops, manufacturing, industrial, service, and agricultural institutions are obliged to comply with it. How Long Is One Business Day?
- Except for some cases, the working hours of workers should not exceed 8 hours a day.
- The total working hours per week should not exceed 44 hours.
- In hard and harmful and underground work, working hours should not exceed 6 hours a day and 36 hours a week.
- In some jobs where working hours exceed 8 hours a day and 44 hours a week, the sum of working hours in 4 consecutive weeks should not exceed 176 hours.
- Friday is the weekly holiday for workers using wages.
The first way to calculate the working hours Table 1402
The text of the labor law clearly states that the working hours should not exceed 8 hours a day and 44 hours a week. Due to Friday being closed, the amount of working hours of the worker is calculated by dividing 44 hours of the week by 6 working days in such a way that he has worked 44 hours after one week (or 6 working days). In fact, workers must work 33.7 hours per day, equivalent to 7 hours and twenty minutes (note that 7 hours and 33 minutes is wrong!) per day. This amount does not exceed 8 hours of work per day. Based on this, the working hour's table of the labor law has been prepared and adjusted as follows.

The second way to calculate the working hours Table 1402
Another method is used to calculate working hours and days, according to which the amount of working hours does not exceed 8 hours per day and 44 hours per week. In this way, people work from Saturday to Wednesday for 8 hours (for a total of 40 hours) and on Thursday for 4 hours (for a total of 44 hours). On this basis, the number of Thursdays in the month is important. The 1402 working hours table below is prepared and adjusted according to this method.
