Undoubtedly, such an active lifestyle, accompanied by numerous trips and business visits, especially in dynamically developing industries, can be a source of fatigue and stress, and sometimes it negatively affects daily habits. However, on the other hand, this activity provides me with unique opportunities for personal development and professional growth. Traveling to different countries and working on new projects enrich me with valuable knowledge and inspire me. An important aspect for me, as for many business leaders, is the pursuit of harmony between professional activity and personal life, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and deriving pleasure from work. This is similar to how people while shopping, forget about fatigue because they find pleasure in the process itself. When a person is truly passionate about their work, energy and enthusiasm come naturally.

Moreover, successful work on both local and international stages requires special skills: determination in achieving goals, willingness to learn and adapt, flexibility in thinking, and the ability to communicate with different people, as well as altruism. These qualities not only help me realize my ideas but also contribute to building strong long-term relationships. Transitioning from the role of a senior consultant in international consulting to an expert in strategy and business transformation was not just a change in my professional direction, but also a crucial stage in my personal growth. During this process, I identified several key skills and qualities that significantly contributed to my success in both roles.

Flexibility in thinking and the ability to adapt to new situations were essential in the world of consulting, where each project presented a unique set of challenges. These qualities facilitated my transition to the role of a strategy and transformation expert, enabling me to successfully apply my experience in a new context.

My deep understanding of complex business processes and the ability to see the big picture proved invaluable in developing effective strategies that lead to significant improvements in business. As a consultant, I regularly worked with various teams and stakeholders, and these skills became key in managing changes and persuading stakeholders to adopt new approaches.

Understanding long-term goals and envisioning the path to their achievement was critically important in my new role. This helped me anticipate future trends and make decisions that define long-term success. In both roles, I encountered unforeseen problems and complexities. How are things currently going in the Uzbekistan market regarding the strategic transformation of various industries?

Uzbekistan is entering a new era of economic and social reforms. The country is implementing economic, social, and climate reforms, striving for a market economy. An important step is the National Development Strategy until 2030, which defines fundamental reforms in various sectors.

Reforms focus on strengthening market institutions, improving governance, and social inclusion. In parallel, Uzbekistan adopted a five-year development strategy for 2022-2026, covering seven priority areas.

As an expert, I help diverse companies and leaders adapt to these changes by developing innovative solutions for sustainable development. Also, due to my status as a respected professional and knowledge in my field, I have been an active participant in various team projects in which my skills and experience were critical to the successful completion of the tasks of each of the teams within the organizations.

In a groundbreaking move, I have pioneered as one of the first professionals the integration of management science with artificial intelligence (AI) and sustainability practices. This innovative approach combines the analytical and strategic elements of management science with the advanced capabilities of AI and aligns them with the principles of sustainability. By doing so, I have opened new pathways for businesses to optimize their operations, make data-driven decisions, and contribute positively to environmental and social goals. This integration marks a significant step forward in the evolution of management practices, positioning companies at the forefront of technological advancement and sustainable development in my country, region, and the world.

As a business expert in strategic transformation across industries, my main goals include integrating innovative technologies to enhance efficiency and sustainability. This involves developing flexible manufacturing processes and strengthening market position through digital and cultural transformations. In practice, I also apply AI. I aim to reinforce the use of artificial intelligence and automation to optimize processes and create new business models. Additionally, I plan to explore opportunities for sustainable development and green technologies in the aforementioned industries.

Are you still conducting business training? Or are you training somewhere yourself?

Your question involuntarily brings to mind the famous saying of Henry Ford: “Who always does what he knows, always remains what he is.” In my case, I see a constant desire to develop, learn, and transfer knowledge.

The question of my current activities and commitment to learning goes to the heart of my approach to business. Yes, I continue to conduct business trainings, but in a format that is deeply integrated into the current market realities and the needs of modern entrepreneurs. My training now focuses more on developing strategic thinking, innovative management, and leadership skills needed to manage in an environment of constant change.

However, it is also important to note that I am actively involved in personal training. In a world where knowledge becomes outdated faster than ever, continuous learning is the key to sustainable success. I regularly participate in international educational programs, webinars, and conferences to not only update my knowledge but also to anticipate future trends in business and technology.

My goal is not just to transfer knowledge, but also to create an environment in which each participant in my programs can discover new horizons for themselves and their business. This requires me to constantly improve myself and adapt my teaching methods to changing needs and realities.
