What is a Shopify Development Store, and how do I create one?

You must be familiar with Shopify development stores in order to be a Shopify Partner. They are helpful during the initial Shopify signup process and can be utilized for portfolio and demo reasons. What are Shopify developer stores?

A development store is a Shopify account that enables you to test themes or applications you create or create a store for a customer. As a Shopify Partner, you are allowed an infinite number of development stores that you may access from your Partner Dashboard. They offer many of the same capabilities as the Advanced Shopify plan, are cost-free, and do not have time restrictions. Additionally, it is possible to process an endless number of test transactions. However, you cannot:

How to set up a Shopify developer store:

Step 1: Click "Stores" in your Shopify Partner Dashboard. Step 2: On the Stores page, select "Add store" from the menu. Step 3: Select "Development store" as your store type. Step 4: Click "Save" when you're done.
