Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 - Yes, ABOUT TIME
3 min read

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 continues to make headlines. A couple of days ago we discovered a lot of new information about the handset which I'll link in the description box below, do check that out once you finish this video of course. Today we have yet another video full of Z Fold 4 information starting with the crease. You see, if you've been following the Z Fold 4 updates then you know that the crease on this year's foldables is going to be shallower than last year. But there wasn't any physical representation of how exactly things have improved.

Well, that changes today as Ice Universe has posted this image on Twitter that seemingly shows the display crease on a foldable smartphone. He didn't mention which foldable it is but considering we're just a couple of months away from the Z Fold 4 and flip 4, it must be either of those two devices. And comparing it to the Z Fold 3, the crease indeed looks quite shallow and should interfere less with the content displayed on the screen. It's about time, that Samsung is finally addressing one of the biggest issues with the current Samsung foldables. Although it doesn't look as flat as the one from Oppo's foldable, it is an improvement nonetheless.

Moving on, the Z Fold 4 will not have a MicroSD card slot which shouldn't be surprising to anyone. But Samsung is making up for it by launching a 1TB storage variant of the handset. The Z Fold 3 was offered with 256GB and 512GB of storage and the Z Fold 4 will also be available in the same configuration but there will also be a 1TB variant for power users. In case you don't know, the S22 Ultra is also offered in a 1 TB variant. Next, the case for the Z Fold 4 has been leaked which shows us the wider aspect ratio of the Z Fold 4. We still don't know for sure whether the camera design is similar to the S22 Ultra or to the Z Fold 3 but rumors, for now, mention that Samsung has adopted the S22 Ultra's camera design.

We also have information about the Galaxy Fold lite aka an affordable or midrange foldable phone from Samsung. Apparently, it would have the same form factor as the Galaxy Z Fold series but will cost significantly less. This tipster claims that Samsung would launch it as part of its mid-range Galaxy A series by 2025. It would be worth mentioning that this guy doesn't have a good track record so you know what you need to do.
